Book design and production in coordination with the owner, grillmeister, photographer, and award-winning burger competitor Damon Holter. The initial cookbook concept by Damon Holter was written to share his competition winning burger recipes that include spices and sauces from his company, Croix Valley. All photography by Damon Holter. My cookbook design was inspired by his bold spice labels, his amazing photography, and his delicious recipes. I used Adobe Photoshop for photo management, InDesign for book production, Illustrator for burger build items, and Acrobat for final print-ready file production.
